How to connect your radio.

Before you start

  • Charge the radio and turn it on. Keep it next to your phone while you connect.
  • It needs the right radio software. Many radios arrive with other software and need a quick, free update first. How to check
  • Signum is on your phone. Get it on Android.

Don't see your radio?

  • Turn on your phone's location. On some phones, scanning for Bluetooth devices only works with location turned on.
  • Check the radio's software. A radio running other software won't show up, or won't connect. What to look for
  • A radio talks to one phone at a time. If it's still connected to another phone, close Signum there or turn that phone's Bluetooth off, then scan again.
  • Android asks for a pairing code? Radios with a screen show the code on it. Radios without a screen usually use 123456.
